All initial consultations are free.

My practice focuses on oil and gas title litigation and examination in Texas and New Mexico. Having a narrow focus makes me very cost effective.

In appropriate cases, I offer contingent fees for a percentage of value added. My contingent fees have a stair-step rate, so the fee percentage increases depending on the stage of the trial.

In some cases, an all inclusive flat fee makes sense. I often charge flat fees to draft title opinions and negotiate oil and gas leases or pipeline easements.

Do you have an interesting case nobody will take? Call me. My biggest case started as a time barred lawsuit for fraud.
